    Description

    The plate is made of aluminum and is in excellent condition with some minor marks at the lower bolt holes.  The plate is autographed on the back, presumably by  the state trooper -- see photos for details.
    THE PLATE IS EXPIRED AND IS MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD.
    I WILL COMBINE ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE AUCTIONS TO SAVE POSTAGE COSTS FOR BUYER.
